St. Paul To Receive Grants For Revitalization Efforts

The Town of St. Paul Virginia has been awarded funds to help it restore vacant and derelict buildings in an effort to boost revitalization and economic development in the town’s distressed communities. Governor Ralph Northam is announcing St. Paul will receive four hundred thousand dollars in funds to encourage redevelopment of deteriorated structures. The money is part of one point four million dollars in Industrial Revitalization Fund Grants that will provide gap financing for construction projects in the town.
