High Speed Chase Ends In Crash, Arrest On Reckless Driving, Evading
A Hawkins County man is jailed after going 95 miles per hour in a 55 mph speed zone then leading authorities on chase that ends in a crash. 25 year old Brandon Michael Luttrell was traveling East near Thurman Lane when deputies spotted Luttrell, who then fled the scene. Hawkins County authorities chased Luttrell near Phipps Bend Road where he ran over a concrete median, jumping the intersection and nearly striking a guardrail. Luttrell continued fleeing authorities until he crashed into a concrete embankment and was finally stopped and apprehended. Luttrell is charge with Speeding, Evading Arrest, Driving on Revoked/Suspended License and Reckless Driving.
