Suspect taken to hospital following officer-involved shooting in Greeneville

Greeneville Police say a suspect has been injured and taken to the hospital following an officer involved shooting Tuesday.

The department says they were called to the scene at 1600 70 Bypass in Greeneville where the reported incident took place. No officers were injured in the incident. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has been called in to investigate. This is all of the information available at this time.
