Lebanon Woman Gets Two Years For Harboring Fugitive
A Lebanon Virginia woman, who was previously convicted of harboring a fugitive, is sentenced to two years in a federal prison for her transgressions. 33 year old Desari Marie Schossig pleaded guilty in July of 2019 to one count of harboring a fugitive. According to a press release, Schossig stayed with Fugitive Brandon Whitt from December 2018 to early 2019. While Schossig was incarcerated on state charges, she communicated with Whitt via phone and email in order to help Whitt obtain account passwords, a phone, credit or debit cards, money and helped him to re title a vehicle.
