Bristol Virginia Man Arrested For Indecent Liberties With A Child, Attempted Rape, Aggravated Sexual Battery

A Bristol Virginia man is arrested after an investigation into reported sexual abuse of a child. Police began their investigation on November 8 of this year. During the course of the probe, investigators gathered information that led to criminal charges against Timothy Gene Shephard. Mr Shephard is charged with numerous offenses including Taking Indecent Liberties with a Child, Attempted Rape, Forcible Sodomy as well as Aggravated Sexual Battery. Shephard remains in the Bristol Virginia Jail without bond.
