Driver, Two passengers seriously injured in Tuesday night crash on Highway 421

A Bristol woman is facing charges after she and two other people were injured in an accident Tuesday evening on Highway 421.

According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, a vehicle driven by Diamond Booher, 25, was traveling south on Highway 421 just after 5:40 p.m when it ran off the right side of the road and struck a tree. Booher and two other passengers had to be extricated from the vehicle and were taken to the hospital to be treated for serious injuries. The two passengers were not wearing their seatbelts according to the report.
