Missing Kingsport Teen Found Safe

A Kingsport teenager missing since October has been located safe and is no longer considered a missing juvenile. Kingsport Police say 16 year old Lee Troupe was reported missing by a family member when he reportedly left his residence on the afternoon of October 4.
