UVA Wise Adds Four New Majors This Fall

New academic programs, including four new majors will be offered at southwest Virginia’s UVA College at Wise beginning this fall. The four new majors are Exercise Science, Health and Wellness, Pre K-12 Physical Education Teacher licensure, and Sports Management. School officials say the job market is wide open for students who graduate with the new degrees. And job growth in those areas will top 30 percent in the next ten years.
