Month Long Probe In Johnson City Leads To Drug Arrest
Police have arrested a man in Johnson City after an investigation into the distribution of methamphetamine. Investigators with the Johnson City Police Departments Special Investigation Squad arrested 52 year old Richard Owens of 902 Barton Street. Police had been investigating Owens during the month of January for distribution of meth. Owens was located on Wednesday and arrested and charged with two counts of sale of Methamphetamine. Owens was being held on ten thousand dollars bond and was arraigned in Washington County Tennessee Sessions Court.
