Data shows vibrant real estate market in Tri-Cities for January
Recent data released by the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors indicates a strong start to the 2020 housing market.
Home sales were up nearly 17 percent in January while single-family and condo closings posted double-digit gains over last year. NETAR president Kristi Bailey said in a statement that strong consumer demand, low mortgage rates, robust pending sales, and smaller home inventory point to an active February.
