Racks By The Tracks Rescheduled In Kingsport

Kingsport’s popular Rack’s by the Tracks Festival originally scheduled for next month has been rescheduled following recommendations from state and local health officials. The festival, along with the SPF 5k/10k races and the Spring Wing Fling will now be held August 14-15 at the Kingsport Farmer’s Market.
