ETSU Quillen College of Medicine students hosting medical supply collection drive this week
Starting today, a medical supply and card collection drive will take place at ETSU to help local health care workers gain much needed supplies.
The collection drive is part of a partnership between ETSU Quillen College of Medicine students and the Washington County Emergency Management Agency. Students are requesting donations of items including hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, liquid hand soap, non-latex gloves, procedure/surgical masks, N95 masks, surgical gowns, face shields, safety goggles and thank you cards for local first responders and health care workers. Donors will not have to exit their vehicle at the drop off site, which will be located on the first floor of the ETSU parking garage.
The drive thru is scheduled for today and tomorrow from 12pm-6pm, and 9am-3pm Saturday and Sunday.
