UVA Wise Planning To Return To On Campus Learning This Fall
The University of Virginia’s College at Wise is making plans to resume classes beginning this fall, and their appointing a steering committee to assist in the decision to reopen on campus classes. In a press release from the college, Chancellor Donna Price Henry says it’s the intention of the college to start the fall semester together, on campus. A steering committee will help develop best plans for the college to use to safely operate classrooms, perform daily work duties and manage residential and campus facilities. School officials say they are preparing for a campus return this August, the college will also be prepared to move back online or virtual format should there be indications of viral spread nationally or regionally.
