Kingsport Parks And Recreation Cancel Summer Program…But Some Activities Still Planned
The Coronavirus Pandemic continues to take its toll on Spring and Summer events and activities and Kingsport’s Parks and Recreation department is announcing the cancellation of its Summer Program, but that’s not going to stop the staff from providing some unique and fun ways for kids to get involved and have fun this summer. The Parks and Recreation Department says its staff has put together several programs your child can choose to take part in, including a Summer program in a box, that provides six themed weeks of games and crafts. Other activities include outdoor Pickleball, NBA 2K, Fortnite Fridays, and Travel Trainer. For more information check out their website at Kingsportparksandrecreation.org.
