First District Congressional Candidate Todd McKinley Opens Campaign Headquarters

Todd McKinley, who is challenging incumbent, first District Congressman Phil Roe in an upcoming Primary Race opens his campaign headquarters in Johnson City. McKinley, from Kingsport faces an uphill battle against Roe, who is a five time incumbent. Roe’s campaign has raised more than 484 thousand dollars for race against McKinley, who has so far collected less than nine thousand dollars for his campaing.
