WARN Notice issued for Sullivan County company, 257 workers to be laid off today

257 employees of a company in Kingsport have been laid off due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

A warn notice filed Tuesday with the Tennessee Dept of Labor says Worley Field Services is temporarily closing for an unknown duration taking effect Friday.
