VSP: One killed, one seriously injured in weekend crash in Wythe County

One person has died following a weekend crash in Wythe County, VA.

Virginia State Police say the crash happened Saturday around 3:30 p.m on Route 69 when a male driving a Honda Accord, crossed the center line and struck a Ford Taurus traveling the opposite direction. The driver of the Honda died at the scene, while the driver of the Ford was flown to Roanoke for treatment of serious injuries.

No other information has been released.
