Police Looking For Stolen AR-15 Style Assault Rifle Taken From Police Cruiser

Kingsport Police are searching for a Stag Arms AR-15 Assault Rifle stolen from an unmarked Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department vehicle, parked in a Kingpsort neighborhood. During the burglary. that occurred in the Sevier Terrace neighborhood, assorted law enforcement equipment with a value of more than two thousand dollars was stolen. Among those items include an AR 15 style rifle. Anyone who knows where the rifle can be found, or may have information to help identify the culprit is asked to contact the Kingsport Police Department.
