BVA City Manager: Three Bristol, VA police officers test positive for COVID-19, city offices to close Friday
Bristol, Virginia City Hall and police department offices are closing today due to COVID-19 exposure.
City Manager Randall Eads says three Bristol, VA police officers tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, with the three showing mild symptoms but are doing well. Police are still responding to calls, and if you need an emergency, please call 911.
Eads said due to an increase in virus cases in the area, all parks & recreation activities will be suspended for two weeks, and the campground and picnic areas at Sugar Hollow Park will close for two weeks beginning Monday.
