Johnson City Woman Jailed After Throwing Chair, Nearly Striking Juvenile Daughter

A Johnson City woman is jailed after being videotaped, nearly hitting her daughter as she threw a chair out the window of her apartment. 40 year old Rachel L. Walton is charged with aggravated Assault. According to witnesses, Walton was videotaped, angrily throwing objects out her window, including a chair that nearly struck her juvenile daughter. Walton was scheduled to be arraigned on a 25 thousand dollar bond in Washington County General Sessions Court on Wednesday.
