Greeneville Middle School Gets First Shot At New Computers…725 In Total

Greeneville Middle School 8th graders will be the first to receive brand new Dell computers this Friday after a massive distribution of the computers is complete. In all, 725 new Dell 3190 devices will be distributed to all students in grades six through eighth grade. The computer distribution doesn’t stop there as Kindergarten through second graders will be receiving the computers which were removed for the new ones being handed out. The computers were funded through a public – private partnership. The distribution process gets underway this Friday when the IT department deploys the first 200 computers and then collects the others for redistribution.
