UPDATE: Ricketson to be arraigned on murder charges Monday

An Abingdon man accused of killing two people at a home on Peaceful Valley Road on Thursday has his first court date set for next week.

Information from Washington County General District Court shows Albert Lee Ricketson will be arraigned Monday morning on two counts of first-degree murder and other weapon charges.

The criminal complaint says Ricketson got into an argument with his girlfriend Misty Bishop and her former boyfriend Trevor Sweat. They were found dead inside the dwelling by officers from gunshot wounds.
