Director of Schools: Football community member at Sullivan North tests positive for coronavirus

Sullivan County Director of Schools Dr. David Cox says a member of the Sullivan North football community has tested positive for COVID-19.

A statement issued Friday evening says because of the positive virus case, all scheduled practices and games will be suspended through Sept. 9 while players and coaches quarantine.

Sullivan North played Johnson County Thursday night and had a game scheduled for next week against Cosby.
