3-D Model of proposed Hard Rock Bristol Resort and Casino on display for public viewing beginning Thursday

A 3-D model of the proposed Hard Bristol Resort and Casino model will be on display for the public starting today.

A release from Hard Rock says the unveiling of the 3-D model will highlight the entertainment features that will be unique to the Bristol property. The proposed resort and casino is slated to feature things such as over 750 hotel rooms, indoor and outdoor live music venues, a 50,000 sq ft. conference center, and more.

The community will be able to see the model free of charge at the Old Bristol Mall today, tomorrow, and Saturday from 12-3 p.m. Hard Rock will also have a sample of their vast music collection memorabilia which will be housed at the Bristol location.

Approval during a referendum vote in November represents the final hurdle in whether Bristol, Va will or will not have a casino.
