UPDATE: Lower virus cases allow Bristol Tennessee Public Schools to return to in-person learning Oct. 13
Bristol Tennessee Director of Schools Annette Tudor credits faculty and staff following safety guidelines to drive down virus cases in the district and allowing a return to a five-day school week for students following Fall Break.
Tudor said in a statement that remote learning is still an option for parents but those who wish to change their child’s instructional method are asked to inform school officials by Friday, Oct. 2.
The director also said those students who need extra help with their studies will be handled by appointment only and is open to only a select number.
The in-person resumption for middle and high school students will be Tuesday, Oct. 13.
Dr. Tudor announced today that we are excited to welcome middle and high school students who have chosen the in-person learning pathway back to school five days per week after Fall Break. Read more about the schedule during and after Fall Break at https://t.co/iU1kNpVJEG pic.twitter.com/exxEKmMf9V
