Missing Kingsport Woman, And Three Young Children Found Safe

A Kingsport mother and her three children who were classified as missing and possibly endangered are now safe after being found. In a Press Release Friday afternoon, police said 31 year old Whitney Elliot, missed a court appearance Wednesday and the whereabouts of Elliot and her three children ages 3, 2, and one years of age where unknown until they were safely found Friday. Police did not release where the mother and her three children were found.
