Tennessee Governor Bill Lee Gives Grim Report On Current Status of Tennessee COVID-19 Cases
Tennessee Governor Bill Lee gave a grim report of how things are going in his first live press conference since he and the First Lady have been quarantining due to COVID-19. Meanwhile, Wendy Long, with the Tennessee Hospital Association told reporters that Tennesseans buckled down back in the summer during another spike in cases. And urged them to do the same during this most recent spike in COVID-19 cases. Tennessee Health Commissioner Lisa Piercy also said that the recent surge in cases appears to be from actually transmission of the disease instead of increased testing measures.
