Voters in Mount Carmel elected Pat Stillwell as Mayor in Tuesday’s election. Stillwell defeated John Gibson and three others. . Voters also selected Darby Patrick, Melinda Fleishour, and Tresa Mawk to seats on the Board of Mayor and Alderman. In Church Hill, Dennis Deal was elected as mayor and Kathy Christian, James Grigsby and Gregory Tipton each were elected as Church Hill Aldermen.
