Analysis: TN, VA split on Trump and Biden, NETN and SWVA overwhelmingly support President’s reelection
Unofficial results show President Donald Trump will take the state of Tennessee while Vice President and challenger Joe Biden will secure Virginia.
While the two states were split on their choice of candidate, Northeast TN and Southwest VA were overwhelmingly in favor of reelecting President Trump to a second term. Information from 18 local measured localities in both states saw voting for the President at least over 65%, as Lee County’s voting percentage was the most at 84% while Washington County, TN voting percentage was the least at 67.5%.
