Investigation Underway In Greeneville…Body Found Deceased In Apartment

The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation is assisting police in a probe in Greeneville after the body of a 72 year old male was found dead in his apartment. According to a release from the Greeneville Police Department, the body of David Johnson was found in his 1100 Light Street apartment around nine am Wednesday. Investigators found blood outside the apartment on the ground. The body is being taken to the William L. Jenkins Forensic Center at ETSU for an autopsy.
