Johnson City Commission approves beer license application for Cracker Barrel in Boones Creek
Commissioners in Johnson City have given unanimous approval to granting a beer license application to the Boones Creek Cracker Barrel.
The decision was made during the city’s commission meeting last night and according to the agenda item, a report received from the legal department found no disqualifying factors from the store getting the beer license. This move comes as the Southern-themed sit down restaurant announced earlier this year plans to introduce alcohol to its menu, which includes beer, wine, and mimosas.
Last month, the Knoxville Beer Board approved beer license applications for four Cracker Barrel locations in the city.
