Director: Carter County Schools returning to hybrid schedule Nov. 30

Carter County Schools will return to a hybrid learning schedule starting Nov. 30.

Director of Schools Dr. Tracy McAbee made the announcement Tuesday in a letter to families, stating that students will attend classes in-person two days a week and three days virtual when the district returns to the schedule after the Thanksgiving holiday.

The school system plans to stay in this learning model through Dec. 18 in an effort to stay on a more consistent schedule as the semester winds down.
