Third Suspect Arrested In Drive By Shooting

Carter County authorities now have the third and final suspect wanted in connection with Tuesday’s drive by shooting that killed ten year old Lillyhanna Davis.

Investigators arrested Zachary Scalf early Thursday afternoon on the same charges as 18-year-old Jason Bryan Barber the second and 20-year-old Jediah Shane Glover, who was arrested earlier on first-degree murder, criminal conspiracy, aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony.

Glover and Barber are being held on a $930,000 bond, while Scalf has an initial bond of 900 thousand dollars and will be arraigned in Carter County.
