UPDATE: Memorial service held for 10-year-old killed in drive-by shooting, third suspect arraigned

Memorial services were held over the weekend for a Carter County fifth-grader who was killed last week in a drive-by shooting.

The family of Lillyhannah Davis, 10, continues to accept donations to help pay for her funeral and other expenses following the Nov. 17 incident on Blevins Road.

One of her suspected killers, Zachary Scalf, was arraigned Monday in Sessions Court in Elizabethton. He was given a $900,000 bond. Police identified him as one of the gunmen in the shooting.

Scalf, 20, is scheduled to appear along with the other two suspects, Jason Barber, 18, and, Jediah Glover, 20, in court on Nov. 30.
