SEC postpones Tennessee Vanderbilt game scheduled for Nov. 28
For the second time this season, the Tennessee Volunteers football team has had a game postponed due to COVID-19.
Officials with the Southeastern Conference announced Monday night that the scheduled contest for Nov. 28 between Arkansas and Missouri was postponed due to a combination of positive tests, contact tracing, and quarantining of individuals on the Razorback football team. League officials have chosen to have Vanderbilt play against Missouri and postpone the Commodores contest for this weekend against Tennessee.
League Commissioner Greg Sankey said the decision to postpone the Tennessee Vanderbilt game was also in part to allow all teams in the league to play a complete 10 game schedule this season.
