Education grant of $10,000 to fund safety restraint installation in specialty bus in Greeneville

Greeneville City Schools will take delivery of a transportation grant for a third consecutive year to purchase safety restraints for specialty buses.

The $10,000 award will fund the installation of three-point lap-shoulder belts and four integrated child restraint seats inside of a new bus that will transport special education students.

The grant was awarded to Greeneville by the Tennessee Department of Education.
