Positivity Rate Continues To Climb At Ballad Health Care Facilities

Ballad Health reports today 309 patients are in Ballad Health care facilities suffering from COVID-19..that’s up slightly from yesterday’s figure of 306. But the issue that continues to get health care officials attention is the continuing rising number of positive Covid-19 cases, which now stands at 27 point seven percent. Health officials say a five percent positive rate is considered high. The number of patients in the Intensive Care Unit was down slightly. 39 patients are on a ventilator, a slight increase from Thursday’s figure of 35. 82 patients have died in the past week due to COVID-19 complications.
