Warner Says It’s Morally Wrong To Take Money From Unemployment To Pay For Stimulus Checks
Congress may take the anticipated approval of a 908 billion dollar COVID Relief Bill to the edge, but United States Senator Mark Warner of Virginia says it appears the package will be approved, but the price of Americans receiving a 600 dollar stimulus check is the reduction of unemployment benefits from sixteen weeks to ten which he doesn’t agree with but it won’t keep him from voting for the measure. Warner is one of the organizers of the Bipartisan group that has pushed forward the stimulus bill. Senator Warner says approval could come as early as this weekend.
