She walked out of a Johnson City department store Tuesday with nearly 2 thousand three dollars worth of merchandise and didn’t pay of any of it…Wednesday, 56 year old Sharon A Greenwell of Butler Tennessee is to be arraigned on Theft of Property Over one thousand dollars. Greenwell, selected various merchandise valued at two thousand two hundred and 24 dollars and exited the J.C. Penny Store on North Roan Street without paying for the items. Greenwell was arrested a short time later and was being held in the Washington County Tennessee Detention Center.
