Sullivan County Extends Mask Mandate Through February

With positive COVID-19 rates as high as thirty percent, Sullivan County Mayor, Richard Venable, in cooperation with the Sullivan County Health Department is extending the current mask mandate through the end of February. The mandate is not changing, other than being extended and will remain in effect until eleven 59 pm on February 27, 2021. The mandate requires the use of face coverings by employees and members of the public while inside their premises in areas accessible by the public. Places of worship are exempt from the requirements.
