Commissioners In Bristol Tennessee Believe Portion Of Volunteer Parkway Underutilized

Bristol Tennessee City Commissioners believe a portion of Volunteer Parkway near the racetrack is underutilized and not consistent with the highest use of the property. Tuesday night commissioners will discuss an amendment for the City of Bristol Redevelopment Plan that would create the Volunteer Parkway South Redevelopment District. A study shows the area has functioned as mixed use and family residential developments. But the study shows the area also contains properties that are vacant as well. City Commissioners will consider the resolution at Tuesday evening’s commission meeting.
