Greeneville Woman arrested in Johnson City after traffic stop, jail staff finds meth in pants
A Greeneville, Tennessee woman was arrested by Johnson City Police on multiple drug charges on Monday, including hiding methamphetamine in her pants.
Katherine Brady, 34, was pulled over in a traffic stop where it was determined her license was revoked and her vehicle wasn’t currently registered. A search of her person lead to her arrest as officers found two small bags of Soboxone and Clonazepam.
On the way to the Washington County Detention Center, Brady admitted to having drugs hidden in her pants. Female jail staff retrieved 57 grams of methamphetamine from her trousers.
Brady is being held on a $12,000 bond. Her arraignment is set for Tuesday at Washington County General Sessions Court.
