Virginia Hospital Officials Say More Than 100K Vaccinations Given Out So Far

While Virginia Governor Ralph Northam calls for the huge vaccination campaign to speed up, the Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association says health care facilities in the Commonwealth have given out more than 100 thousand shots in the first three weeks. The association says that 269 thousand doses have been shipped to 67 Virginia hospitals so far. Northam warned health care officials across the state if they didn’t speed up the vaccinations, they would not receive as many doses in the next shipment.
