Washington County, VA Courthouse closed Tuesday for deep cleaning following reported COVID exposure

Officials in Washington County, Virginia are encouraging anyone that has visited the county courthouse in the last week to get tested for COVID-19 following virus related exposure reported Monday.

An employee at the facility tested positive for COVID, which will cause the closure of the courthouse Tuesday for deep cleaning.

The courthouse is expected to reopen on Wednesday.
