NEW: TBI issues endangered child alert for Johnson City toddler missing since October
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an endangered child alert for a Johnson City toddler who could be traveling with her non-custodial father who has a warrant with US Marshals.
Oriana Anderson-Young, 2, was first reported missing on October 20, according to TBI information, and the agency says she could be with Billy Young who they said has been seen in a black 2021 Nissan Armada SUV with Florida license plate GIB-M18.
ENDANGERED CHILD ALERT: We need your help to locate 2-year-old Oriana Young, who is missing from Johnson City.
She may be with Billy Young, her non-custodial father. Young may be driving a black 2021 Nissan Armada with Florida tag GIB-M18.
