TN Lottery: More than $200M wagered on online sports bets in January
Over 200 million dollars were wagered on online sports bets throughout the month of January in Tennessee.
The Tennessee Lottery monthly sports betting report says for the first month of 2021, online sportsbooks made $190 milllion in gross payouts, while the state received a little over $4 million in privilege taxes.
In just three months since online sports betting went live, the TN Lottery says over $500 million have been wagered, while the state has received close to $10 million in privilege taxes.
