TBI says body of missing Hancock County woman found in submerged SUV in Clinch River
The search for a Hancock County resident ended Friday with the discovery of her SUV submerged in the Clinch River.
The TBI reported that the body of Brenda Howard, 67, was recovered in the Eidson community in the county just off Horton Ford Road.
Howard had been missing since February 27 after leaving her home for a church service in Scott County, Virginia.
