TN Dept. of Human Services offering continued support to child care agencies during pandemic

Tennessee’s Department of Human Services is partnering with the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee in working to keep child care agencies open during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The state agency says $15 million in grants is being made available to licensed agencies and will be used for sanitation as well as operating expenses.

The two organizations previously worked together last year in administering $52 million in grants to eligible child care agencies impacted by the pandemic.
