TBI searching for attempted murder suspect out of Sullivan County
State authorities in Tennessee have reached out to the public to help search for an attempted murder suspect out of Sullivan County.
The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation as part of their social media “Fugitive Friday” feature identified Daniel Wayne Wright, wanted by the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office on attempted second degree murder and failure to appear.

Detectives with the Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office tell Supertalk the incident involving Wright occurred last year where he reportedly went to a family member’s home and accused them of stealing property, which lead to a fistfight then Wright pulling out a pistol and allegedly shooting a victim in the chest.
