Sullivan County Health Department closing Kingsport Civic Auditorium vaccine site April 21

The Sullivan County Health Department is winding down administering COVID-19 vaccinations at the Kingsport Civic Auditorium.

The health department announced Monday that April 21 would be the final day shots will be given at the location, as second Pfizer doses will be administered from 9 a.m.-3 p.m Monday, April 19-Wednesday, April 21.

For individuals who prefer to be vaccinated in Kingsport, health officials recommend visiting vaccinefinder.org to search for available locations that offer COVID vaccines. The health department will continue inoculations at Whitetop Creek Park in Bristol for this week and next week.

Appointments are preferred but not required.
